Job summary

Icon Fitness seeks a Community and Economic Development Programs Administrator to administer DDA and Community Development activities, coordinate projects, and liaise with businesses and residents. The role supports program implementation, tracks issues, and prepares communications and reports for leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience with business communities, downtown development, and related programs, along with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, urban planning, or related field.
Experience with business communities, economic development groups, or real estate.
Knowledge of DDA programs and business corridor support.
Ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Valid driver's license with minimal points.

Responsibilities

Administers and coordinates DDA and Community Development program activities.
Maintains communication with local businesses and property owners.
Prepares reports, updates, and marketing materials.
Attends meetings and supports stakeholder follow-up.
Uses Microsoft Office to maintain records and prepare documents.
