Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Economic Development, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years' experience in economic development or related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.
• Valid MN driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in economic development expansion meetings.
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations to the County Board or external groups to promote services.
• Compose documents, reports and maintain records and databases of business prospects and contacts.
• Assist with land use, zoning reviews, and policy implementation.
• Develop marketing materials for economic development and available land.
• Represent the County, EDA, and HRA at events, conferences, and expositions.
