Job summary

Prince George’s County Department of Family Services is seeking a Coordinator/Case Manager to organize, monitor, and ensure that services meet youth and family needs within the CINS program. The role combines administrative duties with field outreach and carries a caseload of 10–15 clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and demonstrated ability to coordinate group activities.
• Experience coordinating services for youth and families is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 10-15 clients.
• Provide case management services to youth and families referred by DJS and other agencies.
• Monitor referrals, assign cases, and track caseload.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring agencies and community organizations.
• Coordinate program activities and vendor contacts related to CINS.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings to meet CINS objectives.
• Participate in RFA/Proposals and county outreach.
• Work with CYFD Administrative Assistant to prepare fiscal memos.
