Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Possess knowledge of varying disabilities and their impact on functional and learning capabilities.
  • Work independently and creatively to solve problems for individuals and staff.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, activities, and responsibilities with site manager and lead.
  • Provide coverage and support when Manager and Lead are out of the office.
  • Break tasks into achievable components.
  • Perform case management duties.
  • Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals.
  • Evaluate the performance of adults with disabilities to make recommendations on goals and objectives.
  • Monitor individuals assigned and address needs, behaviors, and personal care requirements.

  • This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
