Job summary

Family & Children's Services in the OKC/Norman area seeks a licensed mental health professional to join the Mobile Response Team. This role delivers crisis-aware, community-based therapy to adults with serious mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring conditions, under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field is required.
• Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LADC) required.
• Experience with severe mental illness in community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy aligned with treatment models.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with clients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation within agency timelines.
• Provide crisis intervention and outreach to offsite locations as needed.
