Riverside Community Care is seeking a Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Clinician for weekend coverage in the Adult CCS component of the CBHC. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, suicide risk tools, crisis counseling, safety planning, discharge planning, and care coordination.
You will provide direct services (individual, group, family meetings), complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with Milieu staff, LPNs, and Recovery Coaches.
The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the larger Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.

The CCS Clinician is expected to have a sound understanding of Human Behavior in the Social Environment, Mental illness, substance use and co-occurring disorders and clinical interventions to appropriately support persons served.
