Riverside Community Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Community Crisis Stabilization Clinician to assess clients, manage suicide risk, provide crisis counseling, and coordinate care within the Adult CCS component of the CBHC.
In this full-time role, you will conduct assessments, document intakes and treatment plans, complete concurrent reviews with insurers, and support discharge planning while collaborating with Milieu counselors, LPNs, and Recovery Coaches.
The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the larger Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.

The CCS Clinician is expected to have a sound understanding of Human Behavior in the Social Environment, Mental illness, substance use and co-occurring disorders and clinical interventions to appropriately support persons served.
Full-Time 40 hours per week
