Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain required certifications and training, including CPR and de-escalation training.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable laws, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, detainees, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Enforce laws and maintain security within the Work Release facility.
• Monitor residents and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or emergency assistance as needed.
• Escort residents to appointments and treatment providers; maintain accurate reports.
