Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Tenant Recertification and Certifications.
• Monitor and audit tenant files for compliance.
• Guide Community Management on compliance issues.
• Assist with compliance forms and training.
• Generate compliance reports and maintain records.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Advanced math skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task

Education

College Degree preferred

HCCP and other Tax Credit Certification

2 years experience in affordable housing industry
