Job summary

Native Partnership seeks a dedicated professional to facilitate and coordinate partnerships addressing community issues on American Indian reservations. You will drive collaborative services, training programs and high-impact projects with attention to action plans and outcomes.

You will engage with partners, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure effective communication, scalability, and cultural awareness across programs and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of related experience.
  • Experience with American Indian reservations preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a complete understanding of program services and the issues those services address.
  • Listen to partners and interact with all levels of program personnel with dignity and respect.
  • Retain and motivate partner programs while addressing concerns and needs.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions; demonstrate partnership-building skills.
  • Organize, facilitate and convene focus or collaborative groups on reservations and areas.
  • Provide leadership and coordination of collaborative services and training with attention to detail.
  • Identify and coordinate training with on- and off-reservation institutions; hire/train trainers.
  • Track progress and follow up to ensure completion of action plans.
