Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Minimum six months of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution, support baristas, and maintain service and safety standards.
• Create an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming Forest Theater community atmosphere.
• Maintain Starbucks quality through beverage and food prep, safety, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Develop team members through onboarding, coaching, training, and growth.
• Bring the experience to life by supporting live events and community programming.
