Responsibilities

• Respond to allegations of code violations and conduct thorough investigations.
• Perform on-site inspections of commercial and residential properties for compliance with maintenance codes.
• Initiate legal processes, issue notices, and provide testimony when required.
• Collaborate with city staff and contractors to coordinate enforcement actions and maintain documentation.
• Maintain organized case files and report findings to city staff and stakeholders.
