Job summary

Total Living Concept Inc in Auburn, WA is hiring a full-time Community Coach to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities. You will build relationships, support independence, and help clients engage in meaningful community activities.

The role requires a valid WA driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and scheduling flexibility (including some evenings/weekends). We offer paid training, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License with proof of insurance.
• Must be able to pass Washington State background check.
• Able and willing to drive a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with the people you support by learning about their goals, interests, strengths, and aspirations.
• Help individuals pursue hobbies, recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, and other community interests.
• Connect individuals with local resources, organizations, and activities that promote inclusion and meaningful participation.
• Build relationships with community members and organizations to identify welcoming and inclusive opportunities.
• Support individuals in developing the skills and confidence needed to participate more independently in community life.
• Advocate for dignity, respect, choice, and inclusion in every interaction.
