Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a Community Clinical Educator to coordinate, track, and evaluate the education of clinical care team members across sites, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational standards.
The role includes leading orientation, delivering training for all levels of care, and supporting documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) while collaborating with leadership to identify educational needs and develop curricula.

The Community Clinical Educator is responsible for the coordination, tracking, and evaluation of the education of licensed and non-licensed clinical care team members in compliance with EverTrue Clinical Education Council standards and State and Federal regulations. Appropriate ergonomic and personal safety equipment is provided as needed. The employee must have the ability to walk continuously; push 250lbs, generating 50lbs of push force simulating pushing a shower chair; push a wheelchair with a load of 200lbs; transfer a 50lbs load from a wheelchair to a surface at the same height; reach to a height of 72 inches; lift/carry 50lbs and push/pull 45lbs.
