Centerspace's Rum River Apartments in Isanti, MN is seeking a Community Porter to maintain common areas, perform unit turns, and present an exceptional first impression of interiors. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM with on-call rotation; base pay is $18.00/hour with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and assist with in-home service requests.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and area cleaning.
• Daily touch up cleaning of tour path and show apartments.
• Assist with light apartment maintenance and in-home service requests.
• Care and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and report safety concerns.
• Snow removal duties as needed.
• Assist residents and team with customer service.
• Use work order systems for assignments and closing tasks.
