Job summary

Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services is seeking a full-time Porter to maintain hallways, clubhouse, and common areas, and handle turnover cleaning. The role aims to foster a vibrant community with positive resident relations and retention.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–12pm, with compensation up to $20 per hour. Prior community-building experience and strong communication are valued as you help create an engaging living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Passion for building vibrant communities and engaging residents.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with people and convey messages clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in property management is desirable.
