Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include three years’ experience related to code compliance and enforcement, construction inspection, property maintenance inspection, or a related field and the completion of advanced coursework or professional training/certification related to inspections.

• Conduct investigations, prepare notices and reports related to code enforcement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional City staff across multiple departments.
• Connect residents with helpful resources and ensure a comprehensive enforcement process.
