Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: ability to work with a wide variety of ages; knowledge of maintenance and operations; proven facility management experience; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment; strong guest service skills; detail-oriented and organized; able to multi-task and prioritize; remain calm in stressful situations; respectful toward athletes, guests and staff; must work well with others; safety commitment; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Enforce facility policies and safety procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about programs and events.
• Support other departments as required.
• Ensure appropriate equipment for games is available.
• Monitor operations and respond to incidents and injuries.
• Complete and file necessary paperwork.
• Open and close facilities and communicate event setup/breakdown.
