Job summary

Quality Moments Behavioral Health is seeking a Youth Case Manager to work directly with children and teens through engaging, TBS-focused activities that build confidence and coping skills.

You will lead art, sports, games, and real-world coping exercises while fostering independence and positive behaviors in the community.

Qualifications

• Loves working with children and teens to build positive relationships and trust.
• Energetic, creative, patient, compassionate and enjoys getting out in the community.
• Can turn everyday activities into meaningful learning opportunities.
• Dep en dable, professional, and passionate about helping youth succeed.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Has a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to provide proof of insurance.
• Preferred experience in social work, counseling, human services, EHR system use, and professional documentation.
