Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical counseling.
• Current BBS registration if license-eligible is required.
• 2 years of social service experience required.
• Bilingual in a threshold language preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and vehicle; DMV printout required.
• Extensive local travel is required; vehicle reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a full complement of services, including individual, family, group counseling, and case management for assigned clients.
• Utilize Evidence‑Based Practice to ensure high‑quality results and impact.
• Assess risk status and intervene appropriately based on symptoms, substance use, and environment.
• Create service plans that are client-centered and aim for recovery and well-being.
• Conduct ongoing outreach and progression engagement; determine disenrollment per program protocols.
• Maintain data collection, reporting, and charting per policies; meet monthly service-unit targets.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, travel, crisis coverage, and training.
