Job summary

Merakey is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team in Huntingdon, PA. The role focuses on assessing, planning, and transferring recovery skills for adults and youth with mental health diagnoses or on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related human services field.
Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities.
Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth.
Provide intensive therapeutic services across settings and transfer skills via a person-centered approach.
