Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in setting and pursuing developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and help participants participate in community activities.
