Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waiver program enrollment and eligibility with MCOs and MEPD.
• Validate waiver eligibility in authorization systems.
• Assist with transitions from nursing facilities to the community.
• Process cases under PSU policies and procedures.
• Attend regular schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
