Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of experience providing care to persons with developmental disabilities or experience in human services.
• Valid California driver's license and a reliable vehicle for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, grooming, feeding, toileting, and meal prep.
• Support mobility, community access, and learning new skills.
• Coordinate medical appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
• Provide companionship and supervise during community activities.
• Record daily notes in consumer logs and report changes to supervisor.
• Ensure health and safety and administer medications if required.
