Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential care, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Prior supervisory or administrative experience in a licensed facility.
• Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with DDS, CCLD, Title 17, and Title 22 regulations.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the CCH, ensuring a safe and structured environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise direct care and clinical support staff.
