Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Prior leadership or lead staff experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the EBSH ARF home.
- Support implementation of person-centered services and behavior support plans.
- Ensure compliance with DDS and CCLD regulations.
- Assist with staff scheduling and onboarding.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency with IPPs and IBSPs.
