Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year related experience.
• LPN license required.
• 1 year geriatric related experience preferred.
• Computer literacy including Word and Excel.
• CPR and Certified First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with routine direct and indirect activities.
• Maintain participant rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Promote acceptance of care plans and respond to participant needs promptly.
