West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking individuals for ongoing Case Management. The role offers starting pay of $23.34 per hour, with a career ladder, performance incentives, flexible schedules, and a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing Case Management for people served.
• Coordinate medical, social, vocational and educational services.
• Monitor services and advocate for clients.
• Engage clients in activities to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
• Travel and use of a personal vehicle required.
• Maintain extensive paperwork and self-directed performance.
