Job summary

West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking motivated individuals to perform ongoing Case Management for people served. Travel and a personal vehicle are required. Applicants must reside within 70 miles of the duty site and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable for insurability.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site.

Responsibilities

• Help clients access medical, social, vocational, and educational services.
• Coordinate services across providers and programs.
• Monitor service delivery and progress toward goals.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to obtain needed resources.
• Provide crisis resolution support when needed.
• Engage clients in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
