Job summary

West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking motivated individuals to perform ongoing case management for people served. Requires driving within a 70-mile radius, extensive paperwork, and self-directed performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable for insurability.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in gaining access to medical, social, vocational, and educational services.
• Coordinate services for clients.
• Monitor services and advocate for clients.
• Provide crisis resolution.
• Engage clients in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
