Job summary

Starting pay is $21.84 per hour, with duties including access to medical, social, vocational, and educational services, coordination of care, advocacy, and crisis resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in gaining access to medical, social, vocational, and educational services.
• Coordinate services for clients and monitor progress.
• Advocate for clients and resolve crises when needed.
• Engage clients in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
