Job summary

The Outreach Team in Lincoln, NE seeks Community Canvassers and Team Leaders to help build support for a Nebraska campaign. Canvassers will engage the public on porch-to-porch outreach and collect survey responses; Team Leaders will supervise small groups in Omaha or Lincoln.

Positions pay $25/hour for canvassers, with training at $20/hr for first 3 days; Team Leaders start at $26/hour. Overtime, bonuses, and referral incentives are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner
• Deliver a compelling campaign message, and collect complete survey answers from voters
• Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
• Follow the campaign's safety protocols
• Manage a small group of canvassers out in the field by checking in with them periodically throughout the day, and debriefing with them at the end of the day
• Ensure each canvasser has all of the materials they need to be successful
• Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work

We are looking for Canvassers to build support in the community for Dan Osborn for Senate in Nebraska’s upcoming election. If you believe that real political power is built from the ground up through deep organizing and face-to-face conversations, we want you on our team in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska

Canvassing positions start at $25/hour, Paid training at $20/hr for first 3 days. Team Lead positions start at $26/hour. We offer overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.

Locations

Omaha, NE. Lincoln, NE

We are hiring immediately, all positions run through 11/3/26 with possibilities for advancement afterwards. Shifts run from 11:45am - 8pm weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time.
