Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service.
• Take orders and accurately process payments.
• Keep the café workspace clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, kosher café requirements.
• Handle and store food, beverages, and supplies properly.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for Gratz students, faculty, staff, and community.
• Assist with basic café prep and organization as needed.
• Support café service during events as scheduled.
