Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education seeks a Community Support Associate (CSA) to help Medicaid-eligible clients live with maximum independence in the community. The CSA provides skills training, cueing, supervision, and medication adherence support as part of the client’s treatment plan.

You will work with the treatment team, complete mandated documentation, participate in supervision, maintain confidentiality, and follow safety guidelines while assisting clients with community resources and

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• One year of full-time experience with individuals receiving mental health treatment services
• Complete required trainings within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Completes documentation within Medicaid timeframes (treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, intake paperwork)
• Provides intervention services and consults with treatment team to assess needs and support level
• Attends bi-weekly supervision with clinical director and follows through on directives
• Maintains client confidentiality in all settings
• Follows safety guidelines and reporting abuse policies
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality to provide quality patient care
• Adheres to Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
