Job summary

Secure Base Counseling Center in Minnesota seeks a Behavioral Health Practitioner to work directly with clients in home, community, schools, and office settings. You will join a collaborative team focused on attachment-based approaches and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

The position offers flexible scheduling within a 30-minute radius of New Prague, Farmington, and Northfield, with 2/3 evenings from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. A strong commitment to ongoing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle to attend sessions.
• Must have completed required hours or degree as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to work from an attachment perspective and with a team approach.
• Work directly with clients in-home, in the community, in schools and in the office.
• Collaborate with the therapist and clinical supervisor to create treatment plans for clients.
• Write progress notes for each session; ensure billing/documentation compliance.
• Maintain own caseload and schedule clients in home and in office.
• Adhere to SBCC policies and procedures.
• Attend mandatory weekly supervision meetings.
• Complete 30 hours of continuing education every two calendar years.
