Pace Center for Girls in Gainesville, FL is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide community-based behavioral health services for girls ages 11-17. The Therapist will deliver weekly individual therapy in schools, home, and community settings, guided by Pace’s holistic framework and Trauma-Informed approach.

The role emphasizes family engagement, case management, and coordination with schools and community providers.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker in the state, or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum two years’ experience, preferably with at-risk youth and families.
• Current Florida driver’s license.
• Knowledge of case management practices and youth-related laws.

Responsabilidades

• Provide weekly therapy services to girls in school/home/community/center settings.
• Provide monthly family support/counseling to caregivers.
• Conduct psycho-educational and group therapy sessions.
• Provide wrap-around care, including transportation and referrals.
• Complete documentation promptly per Pace policies.
• Maintain caseload and participate in supervision and planning.
