Achieving True Self in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, hands-on support in clients' homes or community settings. You will help clients build life and social skills, fostering independence and confidence while ensuring safety and dignity in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with eligibility to work.
• Must pass background checks and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with clients to build strong rapport.
• Document services, collect data, and help the team plan strategies.
• Provide direct support per service plan and ODP guidelines.
• Assist with activities of daily living and independent living.
• Transport clients in own vehicle to activities and meetings.
• Develop skills, community activities, and health/wellbeing.
• Engage with the local community and build social connections.
• Uphold ATS’s mission, values, and beliefs.
