Achieving True Self is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bethel Park, PA. You will provide direct support in clients' homes or in the community, helping build life and social skills and enabling clients to live their best lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting adults or children with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Background checks and TB screening required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in clients' homes or community settings as per service plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and develop life skills and social skills.
• Documentation of services and progress for team review.
• Transport clients in your own vehicle to activities and appointments.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities and community involvement.
