Qualifications

• Must pass drug screening.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Promote independence while respecting choices.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial independence.
• Schedule, organize, and attend medical appointments.
• Offer guidance on healthy eating and meal planning.
• Assist with grocery shopping and daily living activities.
• Support activities of daily living and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Teach independent living skills and daily routines.
