Job summary

Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will implement ABA programming under BCBA supervision and contribute to skill-building through BIPs and data collection.

Ideal candidates will have an RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and crisis prevention.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct behavioral support during daily activities and community participation.
• Use positive behavior supports and de-escalation techniques as needed.
