BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals. Roles are part-time and involve delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with a focus on skill-building and data-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, RBT certification, and a compassionate, calm approach to working with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
