Job summary

Transitions LifeCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time work in Raleigh, NC. The role supports patients with compassionate care, following individualized plans, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to meet goals and maintain dignity.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement are offered; PTO is provided for full-time staff, with comprehensive onboarding and training support.

Requirements

• Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry
• Must have reliable transportation
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
