This position is crucial for supporting individuals in finding and maintaining employment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years prior experience preferred.
• Active driver’s license and minimum state-required auto-insurance.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, hiring practices, and local businesses/job market.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers with interview skills and resume development.
• Complete IPS Vocational Profile and treatment plans.
• Provide on-site job analysis and recommendations.

Knowledge of computer and software skills

Education

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
