Job summary

Cadient, LLC is seeking a Job Coach for our Supported Employment program in Catskill, NY. You will support individuals with disabilities in community employment, building essential skills and relationships with business partners.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and a valid NYS driver’s license. Van certification and basic computer knowledge are also required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• One year of experience working with persons with disabilities.
• Must have NYS Driver's License and be Van certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and skills training to individuals with disabilities in real employment settings within the community.
• Develop and foster relationships with community partners.
• Work independently and maintain strong communication with program staff.
