MRCI is hiring a Day Service Specialist in Minnesota, near Shakopee. The role focuses on coordinating community activities, providing client support, and documenting progress.

The position is full-time, with a daytime schedule, and requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients. Candidates must live within 15 miles of Shakopee, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate compassion and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Compassion and sensitivity to individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer-based office software.
• Must live within 15 miles of the service area.
• Valid driver’s license and space for overnight parking of company vehicle.
• Home workspace with reliable internet and privacy.
• Must pass a Department of Human Services background study.
