Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Housing Community Behavioral Health Worker in Athens County, OH. This role delivers coaching and practical support in home, school, and community settings to empower clients in daily functioning and behavioral health goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum 3 years direct relevant experience required.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home and community to identify strengths, barriers, and goals.
• Provide skill building, coaching, and practical supports in home, school, and community settings.
• Support clients in developing routines, coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthy communication.
