Job summary

The Goat is hiring a Bartender to join the Front of House team in Nashville, TN. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on daily bar operations, customer service, and coordinating with front-of-house and back-of-house teammates to deliver memorable experiences.

Applicants should have at least two years of bartending experience, and hold ServSafe certification; TABC certification where applicable is preferred. Open interviews occur Monday–Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of bartending experience required.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and ensure quality service.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes and bar tools.
• Address customer needs with a professional demeanor.
