Job summary

The Goat is part of Lifestyle Communities, and this on-site Bartender role supports daily bar operations with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. You will manage inventory, coordinate with FOH and BOH, and deliver quality service in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, ServSafe, and a valid TABC certification where applicable, plus at least two years of bartending experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your work area.
• Provide quality service with a professional demeanor and address customer needs.
