Job summary

One Lifestyle, Ltd is seeking a Bartender for their bar operations. Responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within the assigned area. Requires strong multitasking abilities and coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Requires long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. Handling food and beverage objects, reaching, extending with hands and arms, speaking and hearing. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, crawling. Acceptable vision required includes close and distance vision and ability to focus.

Location and Travel

Position based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
