Responsibilities

• Process account transactions effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries with appropriate follow up or escalation.
• Examine negotiable items and determine funds availability per regulations.
• Review client profiles and identify referral opportunities.
• Balance cash drawers daily and maintain cash vault proof.
• Complete and maintain assigned reports and logs.
• Represent the branch in community activities aligning with CRA goals.
• Travel to other branches as needed to ensure consistency and service excellence.
